Performance & Features

Single-component trivalent chromium black passivation exclusively for zinc plating. Wide operating window for easy bath operation and maintenance, delivering uniform black films with good corrosion resistance.

Hexavalent chromium-free, designed for barrel zinc black passivation; forms uniform, compact glossy black film.
Different from nickel-salt black films with poor salt spray performance; neutral salt spray resistance reaches 72–120 hours before white rust appears.
Repairs friction marks during barrel or robotic arm passivation.
Applicable to barrel acid zinc and alkaline zinc plating.
